We provide warranty and post-warranty service of all controllers produced by Mains.

Repair within 24 hours:


If the equipment sent to repair is delivered to our site in a working day until noon, it can be sent back to the sender in the same day. If You expect a rapid repair, please mark in the documents an urgent repair order. Please include a telephone number to arrange shipping in repair day.
In order to use our services, the defective device should be sent to our address.
The sent consignment and shipment of repaired goods shall be at the customer ordering repair service expense.


Repair costs valuation of the devices not covered by the warranty is free.


Warranty terms:

Mains s.c. Company issues two year warranty on the electronic part of the produced devices and one year warranty on all mechanical components (including connectors, switches, safety switches, etc.).
Within the warranty repair Mains s.c. reserves the right to replace the defective parts of the product, the entire product or its part with a new or refurbished one. All replaced parts and products become the property of Mains s.c.


1. Warranty will be accepted only with a valid proof of purchase or bill (including the date of purchase, product model and name of the seller / dealer) and for the product delivered during the warranty period. Mains s.c. reserves the right to refuse free of charge service in the case of absence of the documents referred to above, or if the information contained in them is incomplete or illegible. Warranty will not be accepted if the model name or serial number, seals on the product have been altered, deleted, removed or scratched.


2. The warranty does not cover transport costs and risks associated with the transportation of the product to and from the Mains s.c. Company.


3. Warranty does not cover:
a) periodic inspections and repair or replacement of parts or components resulting from the natural wear;
b) spare parts (parts provided for periodic replacement, such as batteries, engines capacitors,  mechanical connectors, base foot, etc.);
c) damage or defects caused by the use, operation or handling the product in a manner inconsistent with its normal use;
d) mechanical damage such as scratches that are a natural result of operation of the device;

e) use of the product not in accordance with its intended purpose, namely:
 

  •  use which results in physical, cosmetic or surface product damages or product modifications, damage of displays, keyboards, optics, etc.
  • improper installation or not intended product use and the product use being not in accordance with Mains s.c. instructions on the installation or use,
  • not servicing the product according to instructions of Mains s.c. for proper maintenance,
  • installation of the product in a manner inconsistent with the instructions and contrary to the safety requirements of the country where the product is used;


f). conditions or defects of systems which are used or included in the product;


g). use of the product with accessories, peripherals and other products of a type, condition and standard other than those recommended by Mains s.c.;


h). repairs performed by people who are not Mains s.c. or an authorized service network employers;


i). changes and modifications without prior consent of Mains s.c., such as:

  • changes in product parameters to values other than those specified in the manual,
  • product modifications in order to conform it to national or local technical safety standards in countries other than those for which it was factory designed and manufactured;


j).  negligence;


k). accidents, fire, liquids or moisture, chemicals and other substances, floods, vibrations, excessive heat, improper ventilation, under or over voltage in the mains supply, connection of excessive or incorrect voltage (including compliance with the applicable standards of the contents of interference in public mains), radiation, electric discharge including lighting and other external forces and impacts.
